About
KG Growth Partners is a development, funding, and strategy firm. We help bold founders, operators, and institutions secure the non-dilutive capital and strategic counsel they need to deliver on ambitious projects, while keeping ownership, mission, and momentum intact.
Our mission
We help bold organizations grow into their potential without giving up equity, taking on debt, or compromising their mission. By pairing non-dilutive capital with development, strategy, brand, and community work, we turn ambition into delivered projects.
Founding story
We founded KG Growth Partners in the first weeks of 2025, alongside our sister firm KG Strategic Consultants, to address a gap we kept seeing: ambitious public-benefit and innovation projects that had real momentum but couldn't (or shouldn't) fund themselves on the conventional path of equity dilution and debt.
Founders were giving up too much ownership too early. Operators were stretching balance sheets to the breaking point. Public-benefit projects were waiting on grants that were never going to be enough. The capital they actually needed, federal earmarks, philanthropic giving, corporate partnerships, cooperative agreements, tax credits, in-kind contributions, royalty arrangements, and high-net-worth giving, existed. It just wasn't being assembled into a coherent strategy with disciplined outreach behind it.
KG Growth Partners was built on a simple thesis: pair rigorous non-dilutive capital sourcing with the development, strategy, brand, and community work that turns funded projects into delivered ones. The firm has grown fast since launch, with $1.3 billion secured for clients in our first 12 months and $1.86 billion currently in active pipeline.
Core values
We win when you win. Our fees are tied to outcomes, never to promises. Most engagements include a refund guarantee on the unfunded balance.
Capital is complex. Our job is to make it manageable, not intimidating. We choose clarity over jargon, every time.
We take on work where the impact on people, place, or possibility is real. Not every project belongs with us, and that's by design.
Our clients trust us with their numbers, their stakeholders, and their stories. We protect that trust unconditionally. Most of our engagements are confidential.
We build with the actual humans behind every project, not just the org chart. The best work happens when the team trusts each other in the room.
Leadership
A small, senior team. Every engagement is led by a principal, not a junior associate.
Jared founded KG Growth Partners alongside KG Strategic Consultants at the start of 2025 to build a firm that pairs disciplined capital sourcing with development and strategy work, on terms that put founders and operators back in control.
His training spans business and security. He holds a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) and an MBA, plus a Master of Science in Homeland Security and Disaster Management and a Bachelor of Science in Homeland Security and Counterterrorism. He carries three professional credentials: Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), and Physical Security Professional (PSP).
The security side runs through everything Jared does. He brings a mission-critical, failure-is-not-an-option discipline to capital and development work, borrowed directly from operating in environments where the margin for error is zero. He is an expert negotiator and closer, comfortable holding the line in complex deal structures and unafraid of the pressure that comes with eight- and nine-figure commitments.
Above all, Jared is a complex strategist. He sits naturally at the intersection of finance, operations, regulatory complexity, and stakeholder politics that ambitious public-benefit projects demand. The combination, rare in capital advisory, lets him move fluently between funder strategy, deal architecture, and the operational realities that determine whether a project actually gets built.

Matt is the operational backbone of KG Growth Partners, overseeing the internal systems and execution strategies that let the firm deliver elite results across every engagement. He draws on over a decade in the private security sector, where he rose to Director of Operations and commanded large-scale safety, risk mitigation, and crisis response initiatives. That high-stakes background defines his leadership style: precision, absolute reliability, and proactive problem-solving.
A graduate of York College with a degree in Criminal Justice, Matt played four years of Division III baseball. That tenure on the field forged his commitment to the discipline and logistics of team performance.
At KG Growth Partners, Matt does more than manage workflows. He builds the infrastructure that keeps the firm agile across capital sourcing, development, and strategy work. By applying the same intensity to operations that he once brought to physical security, he ensures every team is optimized to support the firm's growth and the projects it delivers.
